The International Sowbug Roundup is the premier fly tying and fly fishing expo in the country! The 2026 Sowbug will be the 29th year for the event! The theme this year is The Delicate Dry Fly. Joining us for presentations, classes and demonstrations at the event are noted anglers Davy Wotton, Al Ritt, Fred Hannie Sr., Chris Johnson and numerous others! Come visit us this coming year at 2026 International Sowbug Roundup and enjoy the beautiful Ozarks, the legendary trout fishing of the White and Norfork Rivers, and the best flytying and flyfishing event in all the land!

March 31 - CFM Conservation Day at the Capitol, 7 AM - 1PM
For the last several years, we have put a group together to participate in the event. I hope we can once again show our support for Missouri conservation efforts and do the same again this year! Expect the event to run from 7 am to 1 pm on the third floor rotunda at the state capitol. We typically have 2 to 3 members tying flies and 1 to 2 members in front of the table to bring people in to learn about the club. So check your calendar to see how much time you can volunteer for at the event. If we get enough people we can split up the day. Sign up at the March meeting or let Justin Beyer know.
