Field Outings

The CCFF sponsors quarterly club outings each year. The outings are kept to a financial minimum so all members can participate. Some outings are camping and fishing, others are staying in resorts and fishing. The common thread is having fun and fly fishing.

The CCFF has a reputation for serving great meals on these outings and having more fun than anyone should be allowed to have. Some of the places we have gone in the past are the White River in Arkansas, Painted Rock State Park, Van Meter State Park, Bennet Spring State Park, and Montauk State Park. Attending outings with the club is a great way to pick up tips and secrets to fishing specific locations and situations and they are a lot of fun. Plans are pending on specific field outings planned for the club. Please note that we may substitute field outings for summer month indoor meetings. The May meeting will be held at a local lake with pizza/drinks are furnished.
